OPENING an ACCOUNT

Depositing Fundsِ

Prior to purchasing shares of our investment funds or investing into the Genius HYDA, you must make a deposit into your Genius account. Genius Funds accepts Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, AlertPay and SolidTrustPay payments, ACH debits, credit cards or international bank transfers.

Credit card payments and ACH debits are processed through SolidTrustPay or AlertPay.

If you have never used Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, AlertPay or SolidTrustPay, you may find it useful to read our education page, which contains detailed information on these e-currencies.

To fund your account using Liberty Reserve, AlertPay or SolidTrustPay, please follow the following steps: First, log into your account and proceed to the Deposit Funds section. On the next page choose your preferred method of deposit and press 'Proceed'. You will then be redirected either to an appropriate payment gateway. You must log in to your e-currency account and confirm payment. After confirmation of payment, the e-currency provider will refer you back to our website.

In case you wish to deposit via bank wire, please proceed to the Deposit Funds section of your account menu and choose the Bank Transfer option. You will then be given detailed instructions on how to complete your wire.

Usually, your Genius account will reflect your new deposit within 5-10 minutes in case of Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money payment or 2-3 hours in case of SolidTrustPay transfers. buying & selling shares

To invest in our funds, you must purchase shares of the fund you are interested in. Each share costs $1. Share prices do not fluctuate. To purchase shares, go to the Purchase Shares section in your account menu. Choose the fund which interests you and press the "Buy" button. You will then be taken to the confirmation page where you will specify how many shares of the fund you wish to purchase. At the same time you will be able to choose your dividend reinvestment options. You may choose to reinvest your dividends, in which case the dividend paid will be converted into additional fund shares.

Please note that each fund has a no-sale period or a period within which you will not be able to sell or exchange shares. Information on no-sale periods is provided within fund detail pages. You may purchase additional shares of fund at any time after the initial purchase. Please keep in mind that if additional shares are purchased before the no-sale period had expired and their value is higher than 50% of the currently owned shares, the no-sale period will start from the day you have purchased the additional shares.

To sell shares, go to the Share Sales section of your account menu. You will see a table of shares that are available for immediate redemption. Choose the shares that you wish to sell and press the "Sell" button. Sale transactions valued under $200,000.00 (200,000 shares) are processed immediately. Sale of shares valued at more than $200,000.00 (200,000 shares), may involve remittance of some of the investment fund's assets. We will therefore credit the proceeds of sale to your investment account with a mandatory delay of 24 hours.
